'Hurt me' performed by Noccankani is one of my favourite choices for my music video, being clear quality. Although was a running time of 5:46 it runs over the desired 3:30 minute I would be able to cut the song down to the appropriate length. The first 1:02 of the song excludes any lyrics with a piano intro for the first 19 seconds with more instruments added after, this provides a good beat and build up, with good dynamics.
Once the lyrics start they come across as dark unusual, this provides with a large variety of options for the music video although some may be difficult to achieve; an example of these lyrics.. "Now I've a dream of you with half a face, And you take me to a roof top - and skin me, Come on rainbow are you going to skin me?"

'Dirty Hearts' by Riahta Grace is another choice, very different to 'Hurt me' the song is of acoustic nature and has lyrics that would be easy to adapt into a music video, the recording is clear. Although this song is 4:03 it would easily shorten down into the appropriate length.
However, there may not be enough dynamics to it as its a single instrument playing, the guitar, throughout the whole thing, this will limit options when it comes to producing the music video. It is also very slow compared to the other option, this too may be limiting.
The final decision is to use 'Hurt Me' by Noccankani, I believe it has a lot more possibilities and is very unusual compared to the other song.
